The result is a sound world both airy and electric, shaped by Scheps' gift for uncovering overlooked gems: music by Shunzo Ohno, Carla Bley, Sam Jones, Ronnie Boykins, and John Abercrombie, all reimagined with the Core Tet's signature clarity and drive.
