About Sold Out Vinyl Records

Located at 3751 South Broadway in Englewood, Colorado, Sold Out Vinyl Records is a destination for music enthusiasts, offering a carefully curated collection of over 30,000 vinyl records, CDs, cassette tapes, posters, turntables, and accessories. We provide a space for collectors, casual listeners, and first-time buyers to explore, discover, and connect over their love of music. We're located 8 miles south of downtown Denver in a safe and secure shopping center, with complimentary private parking available for our customers.

Our Story

Sold Out started with a memorable experience. In 2007, Joe attended the Crossroads Guitar Festival in Chicago and saw a poster he loved. He waited until leaving to buy it—but it was already sold out. That moment sparked a years-long pursuit of rare and collectible posters, eventually leading to the launch of his own poster business in Chicago.

For several years, the business operated primarily online, focusing on posters while connecting with music fans and collectors nationwide. Over time, the focus expanded to include vinyl records and other music memorabilia. In March 2025, Sold Out Vinyl Records opened its brand new brick-and-mortar record store in Englewood, creating a space where people could explore music in person.

Our dedication to quality and community has earned recognition from local media. In Westword's 2025 Best of Denver awards, Sold Out Vinyl Records was named Best Suburban Record Store. The publication highlighted:
