D ick's "pink light experience" of 1974: music that arrives in layers, collapses, reconstitutes, and refuses resolution. D eploying an arsenal of vintage synthesizers alongside an exceptional ensemble cast - including J i'm Jarmusch (spoken word after PKD), Laima Leyton (spoken word after Robert Graves), Cyro Baptista, Briggan Krauss, and Robert Aiki Aubrey Lowe - the album moves from spectral electroacoustic writing to a final piece that opens into ecstatic jazz. True ensemble writing from one of experimental music's great sonic architects.
