Product Description
Since 1984, The Green Pajamas have been crafting intelligent pop records incorporating vitalrock influences, most notably Revolver-era Beatles and Syd-era Floyd. Having a lot in commonwith Paisley Underground bands, The Green Pajamas have managed to maintain indie-darlingstatus throughout their tenure, carving their own unique path through the landscape of a mostlypsychedelic terrain. In addition to the avid cult following they have cultivated over the years, theband is well admired and respected among their peers, having tracks covered by the likes ofMaterial Issue and Mary Lou Lord. The Green Pajamas have now returned with their best andmost accessible material yet.The first release will be a single from the forthcoming album called "The Lucy Parade". This will beissued as a four-track, 10" red vinyl EP in a strictly limited edition. In addition to the lead-off single, the EP contains three unreleased new tracks (that will not be on the LP). "The Lucy Parade" isan irresistibly catchy-as-hell pop song that will draw listeners in as soon as they hear it. Shortlyfollowing the release of the EP, their glorious new album "When Fever Let Me Dream" will drop. This is being issued on beautiful lavender 12" vinyl and also on CD digi-pak. The CD will feature twoadditional and exclusive tracks. The material on this album is strong enough to please their existingfanbase and also gain them a new following. The record is filled with lysergic anthems, melodic andcatchy pop, and introspective proggy ballads. It's by far their strongest album to date.
