This expanded edition presents the 2017 remastered album with upgraded clarity and balance, restoring weight to the rhythm section and definition to Emerson's keyboard work. Tracks such as the driving title cut "Black Moon" and the melodic "Affairs of the Heart" underline a record that encapsulates classic prog ambition. The second disc expands the set with bonus material including B-sides and additional recordings from the period, offering a broader picture of ELP's final studio chapter.
