Named endearingly after their late maternal grandfather, Dana and Alden’s new album Papa’s Boat is imbued with their Papa’s wanderlust spirit as it musically traverses the places he traveled and memorializes moments from his life. Recorded across London, New York and Brazil, the duo infused various soundscapes of their travels into an eclectic musical concoction, drawing elements from indie rock, samba, bossa nova, jazz, rap and pop.
