Product Description
Experience the timeless magic of Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol in this evocative new choral album from the award-winning Skylark Vocal Ensemble, featuring narration by acclaimed actor Christine Baranski. Adapted from Dickens' original 1843 manuscript by Skylark's artistic director Matthew Guard, this musical retelling is brought to life through a stunning original score by composer Benedict Sheehan, seamlessly interwoven with beloved Christmas carols. Baranski's expressive narration guides listeners through Ebenezer Scrooge's transformative journey, while Skylark's rich vocal textures illuminate the emotional depth of the story-from haunting winter stillness to jubilant celebration. The result is a deeply moving and innovative interpretation of a holiday classic.
