"A Heap Of Broken Images" is the production duo's debut. It presents two complementary sides of their work: an instrumental, atmospheric record and a second segment with guest appearances by established MCs. Blue Sky Black Death combines dense, cinematic soundscapes, with classic hip-hop rhythms; the first half of the album makes use of live-played instruments, drawn-out melodies, and carefully layered samples, that leaves room for reflection.
