1966 Black rainbow label with no "subsidiary" rim print. After the catastrophe of [r1480760 the so-called butcher cover, this was released with a new and innocent cover, the so-called ''trunk cover''. -A2, A4 and B1 are fake stereo mixes. -Early pressings came with orange "Capitol '66" inner sleeve. -Pressed at Capitol's Los Angeles factory, as identified by a ✲ stamp in the run-out. -Cover fabricator #5 (Modern Album of Terre Haute, IN ) is on lower right corner on back of jacket.
