The picture sleeve is for the commercial release of the single but the actual vinyl is a DJ promo with a different track listing. The picture sleeve says that the LP version is backed with "Out of My Heart" but the vinyl is actually backed with the Hot Version of the title track. The sleeve and the vinyl both have the same catalog number. The sleeve also has a small round sticker that says "When You PLAY IT, SAY IT!" The vinyl label reads "PROMOTIONAL COPY NOT FOR SALE". On the sleeve it credits Omar Carrasquilla as an Editor but not Ricky Crespo and on the vinyl label it credits Ricky Crespo but not Omar Carrasquilla. The sleeve credits Bruce Miller as the Mix Engineer but the vinyl label credits Jim "Bonsai" Lyons as the Mix Engineer. The sleeve incorrectly credits Martha Washington for Backing Vocals instead of Martha Wash.
