Includes a 6-page fold-out insert with liner notes in Japanese and lyrics in English and Japanese. Selected outlets including online vendors offered a promotional sticker with initial quantities (see last image). Track A2 recorded live at Pauley Pavilion, UCLA, Los Angeles, CA, 21 May 1998.
